Cap Lazare · Seychelles · Limited gatherings · 5 days
THE CONCEPT
An intimate gathering rooted in nature, presence, and human connection.
A space for rest, reflection, and honest inner change. A space to meet yourself honestly.

Lemuria Sanctuaries is built around four essential dimensions, designed to restore presence, clarity and connection.
Slowing down. Listening inward.
Learning to stay with what’s present, without distraction or pressure to change it.
The island is not a backdrop. It is an active part of the experience.
Forest, granite, ocean, light — spaces that naturally ground, calm, and open perspective.
Gentle movement, rest and awareness.
Practices are intuitive and optional — guided by listening, not performance.
The body sets the rhythm.
Shared meals.
Honest conversations.
Space to connect with others — and with yourself.
Nothing to achieve.
Nothing to prove.
Just to be.
A protected peninsula on the southern coast of Mahé.
A place shaped by silence, open horizons, and natural rhythm.
Granite paths, native forest, and open ocean.
Not chosen for beauty alone, but for its ability to quiet the nervous system
and invite presence, stillness, and reconnection.

THE RHYTHM
Each day follows a simple and natural rhythm, allowing space for rest, exploration and presence. There is a structure,
but it remains flexible and human.
The journey is outlined before arrival.
Once here, the rhythm adapts to the experience itself.
Each Lemuria Sanctuary weaves together a small number of carefully curated practices and ceremonies. They are offered as invitations, never as requirements, and always held with respect, discretion and presence.
A gentle, heart-centered ritual using water, intention, and guided reflection — supporting emotional softening, clarity, and reconnection.
Restful sessions where you lie down and receive guided presence and subtle energy work— often experienced as deep calm, release, or inner clarity.
Immersive sound experiences using crystal bowls and vibration — helping quiet the mind and relax the body deeply.
A guided breath work session designed to reconnect you with your inner voice, emotional clarity, and natural rhythm.
A guided circle experience inspired by the four directions, supporting emotional balance, insight, and a deeper understanding of yourself.
A reflective night under the stars with gentle guidance, offering perspective, stillness, and connection to something larger than everyday concerns.
A subtle, guided healing experience supported by higher-frequency awareness, often felt as calm, emotional release, or renewed inner balance.
A ceremonial moment aligned with the Equinox — marking balance, transition, and the opening of a new inner cycle.
A symbolic evening ritual where you consciously let go of thoughts, habits,or identities that no longer serve you.
Everything is offered.
Nothing is imposed.
No belief system is required.
No prior experience is expected.
Each sanctuary is guided by individuals chosen for their presence, clarity and capacity to hold space — not for titles or performances.

No dogma.
No spiritual performance.
Only presence and discernment.
A calm and comfortable base, thoughtfully selected for rest and ease.
Chosen for its calm atmosphere, comfort, and proximity to the sanctuary — supporting rest, privacy, and integration between sessions.
Each morning, a private shuttle brings the group to Cap Lazare, where the sanctuary experience unfolds.Accommodation and sanctuary are intentionally separate, allowing clear transitions between rest and presence.
Breakfast is served at the hotel, while lunches and dinners are shared at Cap Lazare.

A protected natural space where the experience takes place.
Cap Lazare is a preserved peninsula on the southern coast of Mahé, where granite, forest and ocean meet.
This is where the sanctuary unfolds — a place guided by nature rather than design.
Practices, meals and shared moments take place within the estate, in rhythm with the land.
Everything is held simply, allowing nature to lead and presence to emerge.
Practices here are not about form or performance, but about presence, listening, and natural rhythm.
